  • Do I need paramedics at the event?

    According to Act No. 1/2014 Coll. of 4 December 2013 on the organisation of public sporting events and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, "when organising an event in a sports facility where the participation of 4,000 or more spectators is expected, at least two medical aid stations with a medical worker must be established in the indoor area of the sports facility. For other events, at least one medical aid post with a medical officer or someone who has obtained a certificate of completion of an accredited first aid course must be established'.

  • How many paramedics do I need for an event?

    From many years of experience, we recommend that at least one paramedic be present at an organised event with more than 150 people. However, the total number of paramedics depends mainly on the nature of the event - whether it is a high-risk sports match or a wedding reception. Clients are treated individually, and medical staffing is designed according to their needs and wishes.

  • Who is a paramedic?

    The exercise of the paramedic profession requires either a university degree in emergency health care, a higher vocational education in the field of study of diploma paramedic or a complete secondary vocational education in the field of study of paramedic. All our paramedics have completed the required medical education and various other forms of education in the form of specialised courses, training and retraining.
